Booking Polices

Book the space
  • Booking System: All bookings must be made through the provided link. Walk-ins or phone bookings will not be accepted.

  • Advance Booking: Bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Booking Hours: The studio is available for booking every day from 8am to 10pm Unless otherwise booked.

Payment Policies

  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.

  • Accepted Payments: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and online payment systems.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled booking will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full booking fee.

Usage Policies

  • Studio Access: Clients must arrive and leave within their booked time slot. Early arrivals or late departures will incur additional charges.

  • Setup and Cleanup: Setup and cleanup time must be included within the booked time. The studio must be left in the same condition as it was found.

  • Equipment Usage: All studio equipment must be handled with care. Any damages to the equipment will be charged to the client.

  • Prohibited Activities: Smoking, alcohol, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited within the studio premises.

Health and Safety Policies

  • Capacity Limits: The maximum occupancy for the studio is 20 people to ensure safety and comfort.

  • Health Guidelines: Clients must adhere to current health guidelines, including wearing masks and maintaining social distancing as required by Marion County.

Liability and Insurance

  • Liability Waiver: All clients must sign a liability waiver before using the studio.

  • Insurance: Clients are encouraged to carry their own insurance for their equipment and production.

Studio Conduct

  • Noise Levels: Noise must be kept to a reasonable level to avoid disturbing neighboring businesses.

  • Respect for Property: Clients must respect the property and its contents. Any damage or theft will be reported and charged accordingly.

Additional Services

  • Assistants/Technicians: Studio assistants or technicians can be provided upon request for an additional fee.

  • Props and Backdrops: A variety of props and backdrops are available for use. Special requests should be made in advance.
